Wolves have agreed a €23 million (£19.6m) deal with Celta Vigo to sign 21-year-old midfielder Fer López, with potential add-ons raising the fee to €25 million (£21.3m).
López broke out last La Liga season with two goals in 17 appearances. The transfer is nearing completion as Wolves aim to strengthen midfield depth with young European talent.
