Aston Villa have made it clear that striker Ollie Watkins is not for sale despite Manchester United’s interest. United also ruled out signing Alexander Isak, Sesko, or Jackson after sealing deals for Mbeumo and Cunha.
Villa told United Watkins is untouchable, regardless of price. Meanwhile, Isak has reportedly expressed interest in exploring new options. United will now consider alternative targets to avoid overspending after already investing £130m in their frontline.
