Jamie Vardy has signed for Serie A newcomers Cremonese on a free transfer, ending his 13-year spell with Leicester City after his contract expired last season. The 38-year-old leaves as a Foxes legend. Vardy famously led Leicester to their 2015-16 Premier League title with 24 goals and later lifted the FA Cup in 2021. He scored six goals for Chelsea last season but opted for a fresh challenge in Italy with Cremonese.
