Kawasaki Frontale have confirmed Takai will leave after their July 5 match to finalize his transfer overseas, with Tottenham expected to be his destination.
Takai will complete exit formalities after facing Kashima Antlers and will miss fan day events. Tottenham have not yet made an official statement, but the deal is expected to be announced soon.
