Leroy Sané is finalizing a free transfer to Galatasaray after rejecting Bayern Munich’s contract extension. His current deal ends July 1, and he’s opted for a new challenge after four Bundesliga titles since joining in 2020.
Bayern attempted to retain Sané with a new offer, but the 29-year-old chose to leave. He’ll undergo medical checks in Istanbul and may skip the Club World Cup with Bayern as the transfer nears completion.
