Real Madrid, Bernardo Silva and Manchester City
Wednesday
Real Madrid have officially unveiled Bernardo Silva after the Portugal midfielder completed a free transfer from Manchester City. The 32-year-old signed a two-year contract through 2028 and will wear the number 20 shirt in the Spanish capital.
Silva said he immediately accepted Madrid’s approach and described the move as fulfilling a childhood ambition. His presentation completes the transition after leaving City at the end of his contract and places him in Jose Mourinho’s rebuilt midfield for the new season.
