Newcastle United have reached a loan agreement with Southampton to sign goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale for the 2025–26 season, including an option to buy next summer. Ramsdale has been granted permission to undergo a medical on Wednesday. Newcastle acted swiftly to secure his services after missing out on a permanent deal for James Trafford.
