Manchester City have initiated talks to sign Frankfurt’s 20-year-old midfielder Hugo Larsson, but face stiff competition from Arsenal and Liverpool.
Frankfurt are demanding €60m for Larsson, who has impressed in his debut Bundesliga season. City already completed a January deal with Frankfurt for Omar Marmoush and may return for Larsson in the summer.
