LA Galaxy, San Diego FC and Hirving Lozano

Hirving Lozano is finalising a loan move from San Diego FC to LA Galaxy for the remainder of the 2026 season. The proposed agreement would make the former Mexico winger a Designated Player and includes an option for a permanent transfer.
Lozano has not played for San Diego since November 2025 after falling outside the club’s sporting plans and training separately. The Galaxy offer him a route back to regular competition while sitting 12th in the MLS Western Conference.
