Fenway Sports Group (FSG) are exploring a move to acquire a controlling stake in Málaga as part of their multi-club model expansion in Europe.
After assessing several clubs across Spain, Portugal, and Belgium, FSG shifted focus to Málaga, having conducted due diligence and site visits on other Spanish clubs like Levante and Getafe.
