Joao Felix has completed a move to Al Nassr for £43.7m, with the deal including £26.2m upfront and £17.5m in add-ons. This sale boosts Chelsea’s summer transfer funds significantly.
The funds from Felix’s exit will help Chelsea push for RB Leipzig’s Xavi Simons. Felix had rejoined Chelsea permanently last summer and made 20 appearances last season, scoring seven goals.
