Rangers have signed Ben Godfrey on loan from Atalanta, with the former Everton defender arriving after limited minutes in Italy. The 28-year-old becomes another senior addition for Derek McInnes as Rangers strengthen ahead of the new season.
Godfrey has played only five times for Atalanta since joining in 2024 and this is his fourth loan in two years. McInnes praised his Premier League, England and European experience, saying he brings athleticism and defensive quality.
