Fulham have had an opening $33 million bid rejected for PSV striker Ricardo Pepi and are expected to return with an improved offer. PSV are under no pressure to sell after tying the forward to a long-term deal. PSV have taken a hard line on valuation and believe Pepi’s output supports a higher fee, with interest from other clubs also in the background. Fulham want added firepower for the run-in and view Pepi as a primary January target.
