Chelsea have agreed a deal with Al-Nassr worth up to £44m for forward João Félix, allowing them to offload the Portuguese star and fund a move for RB Leipzig’s Xavi Simons. Félix joined Chelsea permanently from Atlético for £45m last summer.
The transfer includes a £26.2m base fee with £17.5m in add-ons. Al-Nassr outbid Benfica and aim to pair Félix with Ronaldo under coach Jorge Jesus. Chelsea also earned £5m from Félix’s recent loan to AC Milan, helping balance their summer spending.
