Germany, Serbia and Jurgen Klopp
1 October 2026
Germany recorded their first victory under Jurgen Klopp by beating Serbia 2-0 at the Allianz Arena. Tom Bischof opened the scoring before Florian Wirtz added the second as Germany controlled the Nations League contest throughout.
Bischof struck in the 39th minute after sustained German pressure, while Wirtz finished another attacking move shortly after the hour. The result gave Klopp his first win after an opening draw with the Netherlands and defeat by Greece.
