Rangers have confirmed they are in productive talks with a US consortium, led by Andrew Cavenagh and 49ers Enterprises, to complete a majority stake takeover.
The group is set to acquire at least 51% of the club’s shares. Talks began in October, with the deal expected to conclude ahead of the 2025–26 season.
