Liverpool, Bradley Barcola and LASK

Liverpool beat LASK 6-3 away in the Champions League as summer signing Bradley Barcola scored his first senior hat-trick. The result marked a strong response to Liverpool’s 3-0 Premier League defeat against Manchester City and eased pressure on the French forward.
Barcola scored twice before half-time and added a third after the break. Jeremie Frimpong, Ronald Araujo and Lewis Koumas also scored for Liverpool. Florian Wirtz contributed an assist, although Liverpool conceded three second-half goals despite establishing an early commanding lead.
