Loftus-Cheek underwent emergency surgery for acute appendicitis before AC Milan’s clash with Napoli and will be sidelined for about a month.
The midfielder was rushed to hospital and missed Milan’s 2-1 Serie A defeat to Napoli. Already hampered by injuries this season, he’s made only 14 appearances due to prior muscular issues.
