Chelsea have officially signed 20-year-old midfielder Dário Essugo from Sporting CP, completing a joint deal with teammate Geovany Quenda worth up to €74.4m.
Essugo, who signed until 2033, impressed on loan at Las Palmas last season and is Portugal’s youngest-ever debutant at 16 years and 6 days.
