Lukas Nmecha (Leeds United)

Leeds United have signed 26-year-old German forward Lukas Nmecha on a free transfer following his contract expiry at VfL Wolfsburg, making him Daniel Farke’s first summer signing.
Nmecha, who began at Manchester City and has 7 caps for Germany, joins Leeds after four seasons in the Bundesliga. He will be officially registered on July 1.
Patrik Schick (Bayer Leverkusen)

Talks began last week and concluded with a verbal agreement. Truffert attracted interest from multiple European and Premier League clubs but chose Bournemouth, who view him as a direct successor to Kerkez.
Mathys Tel (Tottenham Hotspur)

Tottenham have completed the permanent signing of France U21 forward Mathys Tel from Bayern Munich for £29.8 million, with the 20-year-old committing to a contract until 2031.
After a £7.3m loan in January under Postecoglou, the deal was always intended to become permanent. New manager Thomas Frank approved the move, and Bayern praised Tel’s development and attitude during his time in Germany.

Bournemouth signed Adrien Truffert from Rennes for €17 million, paving the way for Milos Kerkez to join Liverpool in a €45 million deal after a strong season.
Kerkez, who tallied two goals and six assists in 38 matches, agreed personal terms with Liverpool. Bournemouth secured French U21 standout Truffert on a five-year deal as a direct replacement.

Tottenham have secured a permanent transfer for 20-year-old France U21 forward Mathys Tel from Bayern Munich for €40 million, after a productive loan and revised negotiations.
Tel, who scored three goals in 20 appearances during his loan, becomes Thomas Frank’s first signing. He signs until June 2031 after personal terms were previously agreed. Bayern originally bought him from Rennes for €30m in 2022.

AS Monaco are in advanced negotiations to sign 32-year-old Paul Pogba, offering a two-year contract to the former Manchester United and Juventus midfielder, who remains a free agent.
Pogba is considering Monaco’s proposal amid other offers, including one from La Liga. His 18-month doping suspension ends soon, and despite interest from Saudi and MLS clubs, he is focused on returning to top-level European football and reviving his France career.
Florian Wirtz (Bayer Leverkusen)

Liverpool have agreed a £116.5m (€137.5m) package with Bayer Leverkusen for Florian Wirtz, making it potentially the most expensive transfer in British history if all add-ons are triggered. Wirtz only wanted Liverpool this summer.
The deal includes £100m guaranteed plus £16.5m in add-ons. Wirtz will undergo his medical next week after returning from holiday. Personal terms are not an issue, and Liverpool beat all competition to land the German playmaker.
Franco Mastantuono (River Plate)

Real Madrid have secured the signing of 17-year-old River Plate prodigy Franco Mastantuono on a six-year contract, beating Chelsea, Manchester United, and PSG to the in-demand attacking midfielder, who joins after the Club World Cup.
River Plate initially wanted to keep Mastantuono until end-2025, but agreed to release him after the Club World Cup. The Argentina youth international, already a senior debutant, will officially join Madrid on his 18th birthday, August 14.
