Summer 2025 transfer window
Manchester City are monitoring 21-year-old Flamengo right-back Wesley as part of their plans to reinforce several positions this summer, with interest also coming from Liverpool and Manchester United.
Wesley is considered one of Brazil’s brightest emerging talents and could cost around £30m. City are also exploring signings in midfield and forward roles, including a No. 10.
Xabi Alonso (Bayer Leverkusen > Real Madrid)

Xabi Alonso is reportedly close to finalizing a move to become Real Madrid’s new head coach, with Fabrizio Romano stating the Spaniard is ready to say yes.
Alonso is expected to complete the move once terms for his exit from Bayer Leverkusen are settled. The German club is accelerating its search for a replacement in anticipation of his departure.

Arsenal have shortlisted Mbeumo, Gittens, and Lookman as potential attacking reinforcements. Lookman is being considered to support Bukayo Saka on the right wing despite mainly playing centrally for Atalanta this season.
The 27-year-old Nigerian is viewed as a versatile option and Arsenal face competition from Manchester United, Newcastle, and Juventus for his signature. The club wants added depth as they aim to lessen Saka’s workload next season.
Richarlison (Everton)

Everton are considering a move to bring Richarlison back from Tottenham, with manager David Moyes identifying striker reinforcements as a top priority this summer. The Brazilian scored 53 goals during his previous spell at Goodison Park.
A loan with an obligation to buy based on appearances is being explored, following injury struggles that have seen Richarlison miss over 30 matches this season. Moyes is also evaluating other forwards and full-backs, including Leicester’s Victor Kristiansen, as 15 contracts at the club near expiry.

Spurs and West Ham are keen on the 27-year-old whose contract runs until 2026. Brentford turned down a £22m offer from Nottingham Forest in January, but a similar fee may now be accepted to avoid risking a free departure.
