Manchester City are considering loaning 19-year-old centre-back Vitor Reis to Girona, with several clubs showing interest. The Brazilian joined City from Palmeiras in January for £29.6m.
Reis has only made four appearances since joining and is expected to go out on loan for development. Girona, under the City Football Group umbrella, are leading the race for the defender.
Marc Guiu (Chelsea)

Sunderland have reached an agreement with Chelsea to sign 19-year-old striker Marc Guiu on a season-long loan. The former Barcelona prospect is set for a medical after talks progressed this morning.
Guiu will become Sunderland’s ninth signing of the summer, with the club keen to add youth depth in attack. The loan is expected to be finalised in the coming days following his arrival on Wearside.
Benjamin Sesko (RB Leipzig)

Manchester United are leading the race to sign RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko, a player they first scouted at age 16 but failed to sign on two previous occasions despite early interest and low valuations. United passed on Sesko in 2019 and again in 2022 before he joined Leipzig. Now likened to Haaland and Ibrahimovic, the prolific Slovenian is once again a top target as United look to avoid a third costly miss.
Douglas Luiz (Juventus)

Juventus are taking disciplinary action against Douglas Luiz after he refused to report for training in an attempt to force a transfer just a year after arriving from Aston Villa. General manager Damien Comolli expressed fury but said the issue was resolved after Luiz apologised. Injuries limited him to 19 league games last season, and Nottingham Forest have submitted a loan bid despite Juve’s €40m valuation.
Nathan Broadhead (Ipswich Town)

Wrexham are in advanced talks to sign Ipswich forward Nathan Broadhead in a deal worth around £7.5m, which would break the club’s transfer record set just last week.
Ipswich have not yet approved the sale but Wrexham are increasingly confident of finalizing the move. Broadhead’s transfer would surpass the £3m deal for Lewis O’Brien from Nottingham Forest.
Dan Ndoye (Bologna > Nottingham Forest)

Nottingham Forest have completed the signing of winger Dan Ndoye from Bologna in a deal worth £34m. The Swiss international has signed a five-year contract with the Premier League club.
Forest beat competition from Napoli to secure Ndoye, who scored 8 goals and 4 assists in Serie A last season. The 24-year-old prioritized a Premier League move over Serie A continuation.
Yoane Wissa (Brentford)

Yoane Wissa arrived at Brentford’s training ground but left early and refused to train as tensions grow over his future. He is upset by the club’s stance amid Newcastle’s £25m interest.
Wissa returned from Portugal early to meet with club leaders. Brentford rejected Newcastle’s bid and refuse to sell after Bryan Mbeumo’s £71m move to Manchester United. Newcastle remain interested but are exploring alternatives.
