    Bruno Fernandes won the PFA men’s player of the year award and Manchester City forward Khadija Shaw took the women’s prize. Nico O’Reilly won the men’s young player award, while Arsenal’s Olivia Smith retained the women’s young player honour.

    Fernandes earned the award after setting a Premier League record with 21 assists last season. Shaw scored 21 Women’s Super League goals to claim a third straight Golden Boot, while helping Manchester City win the league title.

    Ajax and Girona Agree Tsygankov Transfer Fee

    Ajax and Girona have agreed a fee for winger Viktor Tsygankov, with reports placing the amount between €3 million and just under €5 million. The Ukraine international travelled to the Netherlands for talks as the clubs moved toward completing the transfer.

    Tsygankov still needs to reach an agreement with Ajax before the move can be completed. He has also requested that former club Dynamo Kyiv receive a sell-on percentage, because the existing clause would not apply below a €5 million transfer fee.
