Issa Kabore, Wrexham and Manchester City

Wrexham have permanently signed Issa Kabore from Manchester City for an undisclosed fee after his successful loan last season. The 25-year-old wing-back has agreed a three-year contract, while Wrexham also added Gabon international Jacques Ekomie from Angers.

Kabore contributed eight assists in 32 appearances during his loan and returns as Wrexham target promotion to the Premier League. Ekomie signed a four-year deal after playing regularly in Ligue 1, becoming another addition to the club’s summer rebuild.

Ernest Poku, Besiktas and Bayer Leverkusen

Besiktas have officially signed Bayer Leverkusen forward Ernest Poku on loan for the season. The 22-year-old could join permanently for around €25 million if specified criteria are met, after Fiorentina’s earlier attempt to sign him failed.

Poku had already stopped training with Leverkusen as negotiations accelerated before the move became official. He leaves Germany temporarily after one season, having recorded five goals and eight assists across 45 appearances in domestic and European competitions.

Liam Delap, Nottingham Forest and Chelsea

Liam Delap has completed his club-record £50 million transfer from Chelsea to Nottingham Forest. The 23-year-old striker signed a five-year contract at the City Ground after Forest previously reached an agreement with Chelsea for his move.

The official signing is a hard update from the earlier accepted agreement. Forest believe Oliver Glasner’s direct attacking approach can better use Delap’s pace and physicality after a difficult Chelsea season affected by injuries and limited league goals.

Moise Kean, Como and Fiorentina

Como and Fiorentina have reached an agreement for Moise Kean worth about €40 million, comprising €35 million plus €5 million in bonuses. The striker is expected to travel to Como for a medical and sign his contract.

The agreement is a hard update after Kean previously pushed for a move and Como submitted their offer. Fiorentina fined him following a training dispute, but he returned to group training before the clubs completed negotiations over his permanent transfer.

Liverpool have reached an agreement in principle with Paris Saint-Germain for Bradley Barcola in a package worth around £120 million, with more than £100 million guaranteed. Final details remain unresolved and nothing has yet been formally signed.

The clubs made a breakthrough in overnight negotiations after PSG initially valued Barcola at £145 million. The France forward has been committed to joining Liverpool, with sporting executives now working through the remaining details before completing the permanent transfer.
