Haaland admitted frustration at City’s poor start, with back-to-back losses to Tottenham and Brighton leaving them 13th. He said the Manchester derby is the “perfect” chance to reset and demanded the team rediscover their winning mentality. Speaking to Viaplay, Haaland urged his teammates to turn anger into fuel and get “our asses going.” He stressed City can’t afford more slip-ups in a competitive league, calling for their “highest level” performance to spark a turnaround.
