Everton are set to sign Tyler Dibling after Southampton accepted a new offer. The winger was one of few positives in the Saints’ poor campaign last season, scoring twice in 33 Premier League appearances. Southampton rejected two earlier bids but agreed after adding a 20% sell-on clause. Tottenham and Newcastle tracked the 20-year-old, but Everton persisted and are now finalizing the move for their key summer attacking target.
