Luka Modric has verbally agreed to join AC Milan after 13 years at Real Madrid, signing a one-year contract with an option to extend. He will earn €3.5m net per season plus bonuses.
Milan sporting director Igli Tare confirmed Modric’s intent to compete and lead, with a focus on winning the Serie A title and preparing for the 2026 World Cup. Contract will be signed after the Club World Cup.
