Manchester City are targeting AC Milan’s Tijjani Reijnders and Nottingham Forest’s Morgan Gibbs-White to replace outgoing star Kevin De Bruyne.
City see Reijnders as a priority and are prepared to bid above Milan’s £57m record sale (Kaká). Gibbs-White is also under consideration for his creativity.
