Rangers have confirmed that Kevin Thelwell will become their new sporting director once his deal with Everton ends this summer.
Thelwell, who previously worked with New York Red Bulls and Wolves, was targeted by Rangers CEO Patrick Stewart after announcing his Everton exit amid structural changes at the club.
