Haiti, United States men’s national team and Concacaf
22 October 2026
Concacaf has approved Haiti’s request to stage its Nations League quarter-final home leg against the United States in Miami. Both matches of the two-legged tie will consequently take place on American soil, with the first leg scheduled for 14 November and the return match in Cincinnati three days later.
Haiti has been unable to host international matches within its borders because of continuing gang violence and security concerns. The first leg was originally planned for Kingston, Jamaica, but Concacaf approved an exceptional arrangement allowing Haiti to use a venue inside the opposing country’s territory. The Miami match will take place at Nu Stadium. Future requests will still require individual approval from Concacaf and the opposing national association.
