Inter Milan recovered from an early deficit to defeat Bologna 3-1 in Serie A, with substitute Ange-Yoan Bonny scoring the final goal. The victory demonstrated Inter’s attacking depth as the club continues its domestic title defence amid a demanding European schedule.
Tommaso Pobega gave Bologna the lead before Marcus Thuram equalised with a header. Carlos Augusto put Inter ahead in the 69th minute, and Bonny completed the turnaround in the 83rd minute after converting Augusto’s cross. The young French striker had another effort ruled out for offside shortly before scoring. Inter’s coaching staff praised the contribution of their substitutes.
