Barcelona have returned to La Liga’s influential delegates’ committee after withdrawing two years ago in protest against the league’s management. The move comes during a major dispute between league president Javier Tebas and Real Madrid over his controversial public comments.

The newly announced committee includes Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid and representatives of several other Spanish clubs. Atletico executive Miguel Angel Gil Marin remains first vice-president. The committee helps shape strategic policies, commercial projects and financial regulations, giving Barcelona renewed participation in important league decisions.
