Roma coach Gian Piero Gasperini has confirmed that Manu Kone suffered a grade-one injury, while Paulo Dybala’s calf problem has been assessed as fatigue rather than a major injury. The updates follow Roma’s Champions League defeat to Real Madrid.
An MRI established Kone’s injury, and Roma hope he can return shortly before the international break. Gasperini said Dybala could be available next week, giving the club some reassurance ahead of upcoming league matches.
