Club Brugge stunned Inter Milan 4-3 at San Siro in a dramatic Champions League encounter. Nicolo Tresoldi scored a hat-trick for the Belgian visitors, overcoming two goals from Inter captain Lautaro Martinez in a result that left the Italian side without a point from two matches.
Tresoldi opened from the penalty spot before Martinez equalised. Two further Tresoldi strikes put Brugge 3-1 ahead, and Martinez reduced the deficit. Romeo Vermant scored the visitors’ fourth in the 87th minute, rendering Ange-Yoan Bonny’s stoppage-time goal insufficient for Inter.
