UEFA published a 14-point FIFA reform plan while potential presidential challenger Victor Montagliani chose to seek another term leading Concacaf. UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin also confirmed he will stand for another term rather than challenge Infantino.
UEFA’s proposals would reduce presidential powers, strengthen independent oversight and increase development funding for member associations. With Montagliani declining to run, opponents of Infantino must identify a candidate before the November nomination deadline.
