FIFA has formally challenged UEFA’s allegations surrounding the abandoned FIFA Forward Enterprise project, accusing European football’s governing body of making false or misleading statements in documents filed with a US federal court and acting in bad faith.
UEFA is seeking disclosure of FIFA documents and has raised allegations concerning the proposed commercial structure and its valuation. FIFA’s response asks the Southern District of Florida to reject that request and denies that Gianni Infantino stood to profit personally.
