Scotland recalled Sam Kerr and Martha Thomas for October’s two-legged Women’s World Cup play-off against the Czech Republic. Both return to the national squad after almost a year away, with Freya Gregory, Sophie Howard and Maria McAneny also coming back.
Scotland topped their qualifying group on goal difference and now need to win two play-off rounds to reach Brazil. The Czech ties are on 9 and 13 October, with Sweden or Lithuania awaiting the winner in the final round.
