Hoffenheim forward Fisnik Asllani is close to joining RB Leipzig and was scheduled to undergo a medical before signing a five-year contract. The proposed transfer is valued between €25m and €30m, according to the uploaded report.
Barcelona had considered the 23-year-old as an attacking option while pursuing Julian Alvarez, but Leipzig moved ahead. Barring an unexpected setback during the final formalities, Asllani will remain in the Bundesliga rather than pursue a move to Spain.
