Fulham have completed the permanent signings of Gonzalo Garcia and Cesar Palacios from Real Madrid. Both players signed five-year contracts through 2031, with options for another season, while Garcia’s reported transfer fee is around £34m.
Garcia reunites with manager Alvaro Arbeloa after scoring eight goals in 39 Madrid appearances last season. Palacios arrives as a highly rated attacking midfielder with limited senior experience, giving Fulham two young Spanish additions for their long-term rebuild.
