Monaco have completed the permanent signing of Ansu Fati from Barcelona after triggering an €11m purchase option following his loan spell. The 23-year-old has signed a four-year contract, keeping him in the Principality until 2030.
Fati rebuilt momentum during his loan, scoring 12 goals in 30 appearances and producing Ligue 1’s best goals-per-minute ratio. Barcelona thanked him publicly and retained a percentage of any future sale as part of the agreement.
