Manchester United have secured a key land deal needed for their planned 100,000-seat stadium near Old Trafford. The project is now expected to open before 2035 rather than the previously discussed 2030 target for fans.
The club acquired a 25-acre triangle of land from Indurent, allowing design work to resume. Foster + Partners are leading the plans, while United want the £2bn venue to become a major global sports hub.
