Jurgen Klopp’s agent rejected claims linking the former Liverpool manager with Real Madrid after Enrique Riquelme promised to pursue him if elected president. Marc Kosicke said Klopp is committed to his current executive role.
Riquelme had placed Klopp at the centre of his sporting pitch alongside Raul Gonzalez and other bold promises. The denial weakens another campaign claim before Sunday’s vote, with Florentino Perez still expected to remain favourite.
